Beauty
Treatment notes, preferences, and reference images stay with the client and the appointment.

For studios that still make things
CalCraft keeps a studio's clients, quotes, orders, appointments, and payments in one workspace. You choose the trades when you register. Beauty, tailoring, baking, deco, catering, and car wash are ready. A client will open their own work from this workspace too.
Registration goes to the platform operator. The workspace opens after they approve it.
The trades
Turn on the trades you run. Each one keeps its own notes. Clients, quotes, orders, and payments stay with the studio.
Treatment notes, preferences, and reference images stay with the client and the appointment.
Measurements are dated. The set used for a garment stays on that garment when you measure again.
Portions, flavours, dietary notes, and the production dates live with the order.
Decor for an event stays with that event, and with the quote and order you agreed.
The menu and the service stay with the event, and with the quote and order you agreed.
A wash stays with the appointment. The queue for the day stays on Wash notes.
What stays true
01
When the catalogue price changes, a quote you already sent keeps the price on it.
02
Accepting a quote creates one order. Accepting it again returns that same order.
03
A deposit stays on the invoice. A refund is a new payment beside it.
Kept apart
A proposal. Accepting it creates the order once, even if the request is retried.
The work you agreed, with collection dates and the appointments that belong to it.
What is owed. Catalogue edits do not move these numbers.
Money received. A refund is a new record. The original payment stays.
Who signs in
Opens the studio, sees every record, and invites the team.
Runs the day: clients, quotes, orders, appointments, and payments.
Sees the appointments and orders they are working on.
Their own appointments, quotes, and orders, when client sign-in opens.
